To access the benefits enrollment portal for your employee benefits guide or online enrollment, use the following format as login information:
Username: First name initial + last name + Employee ID #. (Example: JDoe123456)
Password: Employee’s Date of Birth, MMDDYYYY format. You will be prompted to change your password upon login.
