To access the benefits enrollment portal for your employee benefits guide or online enrollment, use the following format as login information:
Username: First initial of your first name + last name + your employee ID + E
Password: The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Passwords are reset prior to Open Enrollment every year and you will be prompted to change your password upon login.
