To access the benefits enrollment portal for online enrollment, use the following format as login information:
Username: Your Social Security Number (NO DASHES)
Password: The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Passwords are reset prior to Open Enrollment every year and you will be prompted to change your password upon login.
